Panel-Loc Plus provides the same durable performance as Panel-Loc, plus an added striation on top of the rib that gives it even more strength. Available in 26- and 29-gauge in up to 19 vibrant colors.



Panel-Loc Plus Features

Full hard, high tensile strength 26- and 29-gauge steel manufactured to ASTM A792 Grade 80 specifications for Galvalume. Minimum tensile strength of 80,000 PSI.


UL 2218/Class 4 impact resistance rating to withstand the most severe weather including ice, driving wind or heavy snow.


Heavy, hot-dipped zinc-aluminum coating on all bare and painted products for maximum corrosion and edge protection, low maintenance and durability with a limited 20-year substrate warranty. (Brilliant and Galvanized 29-gauge will have a G90 coating).


Acrylic coating on bare panel improves the performance and applicability of the unpainted Galvalume/Galvanized sheet. No oils are applied, making installation easier and safer.


Purlin bearing rib provides stability during application.


Available in up to 19 vibrant, durable colors carrying a 30-year limited warranty.


The 1/8" stiffener rib on top of the major rib makes Panel-Loc Plus attractive with added strength.


Employs our state-of-the-art siphon groove, a drain channel that guards against wind, rain and snow, eliminating leaks. The siphon groove on the underlap of the panel interlocks with the overlap of the next panel adding strength to the purlin bearing leg. This design permits free-flow water runoff while channeling out any water that might be forced into the snug fitting lap.
